Pendik Coastal Apartment

A project that begins with place.

A compact urban housing project shaped by its coastal context, street frontage and the everyday rhythm of neighborhood life.

Building the architecture from context.

The project treats the façade as a layered threshold rather than a flat elevation. Repetition, depth and filtered openings create a calm domestic character while maintaining a clear relationship with the street.

A restrained palette, a strong atmosphere.

A restrained material palette keeps the building light and legible. Fine vertical elements, recessed openings and warm ground-floor surfaces establish a measured contrast between residence and public edge.
