A civic complex organized around a generous planted courtyard that turns the convention program into a sequence of public rooms.

Building the architecture from context.

The proposal breaks a large institutional brief into lower, more accessible volumes. The courtyard becomes the orienting device, connecting exhibition, gathering and circulation spaces through a shared landscape.

A restrained palette, a strong atmosphere.

A restrained palette of concrete, dark metal and landscape creates continuity across the complex while allowing changing light and vegetation to animate the public spaces.
