Architecture + Urbanism
Studio
KKA is an Istanbul-based architecture and urbanism studio led by architect Kaan Kağızman, working across architecture, landscape, interiors and spatial research.
Approaches
Each project begins with context — site, climate, material, landscape and use — rather than a fixed formal language. The studio works between scales, from buildings and interiors to public landscapes and urban frameworks.
Research, representation and making are treated as parts of the same design process. KKA is interested in architecture that feels specific to its place, restrained in its material language and open to everyday change.
